GoSkillBoost Terms of Use

1. Overview

Welcome to GoSkillBoost, a learning platform developed and operated by Engage Software Solutions Inc., a Canadian provider of workforce, HR, and organizational performance systems.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoSkillBoost platform, including all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

GoSkillBoost provides a platform that enables organizations and individuals to:

• Create and deliver training programs
• Access curated learning content
• Manage employee development and compliance
• Distribute and enroll users in courses

We act as a technology platform provider, not the creator of course content.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• If using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so

4. Your Account

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the platform

• Distributors
• Organizations (Clients)
• Learners

We do not create or verify all course content. You are responsible for your interactions, transactions, and decisions when using the platform.

7. Fees & Payments

Some features of the Services may require payment.

• Pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase
• Currency conversions (if shown) are indicative only
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. User Content

You may submit content such as course materials, comments or feedback, and uploaded files. By submitting content, you grant GoSkillBoost a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operation.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Is lawful
• Does not infringe on third-party rights
• Is accurate and appropriate

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

10. Availability & Changes
